Andrene Williams born in Jamaica, West Indies and raised in Queens, New York started off working in Health Care and is the Founder and CEO of a non-profit youth organization called Ladydoves Self Enrichment Youth organization. In this organization she helps build self-esteem and empowers young ladies in her community to reach their full potential as well as encourages self-love and awareness. In 2014, Ms. Williams and her Ladydoves Self Enrichment Organization received a Proclamation from Assemblyman Scarborough for their hard work and dedication to the youth in the community. With her natural tendency to care and nurture those who need it most, she always enjoyed the work she did. Ms. Williams knew her heart was also in the world of fashion and beauty and so she began to pursue a career in the fashion industry beginning as a plus-sized model. As she began to grow as a model, Ms. Williams did not like the way models, especially plus models were treated. She felt that models were not being taught the correct way to walk the runway or they lack the basic knowledge of modeling 101.  Ms. Williams then created Unique Blend Models. Her interest to learn more of how the industry worked led her to pursue positions such as model coordination, runway coach, model casting, assisting in fashion show production and etc. Gaining the knowledge and the skills in modeling and production lead her to such positions as CEO, Director of Plus Size Models for Fashion Avenue News, Fashion Coordinator  and Brand Ambassador for the Ms. Full Figured USA Pageant, just to name a few. With her combined experiences in a span of 15yrs, she was ready for her greatest accomplishment yet. Ms. Williams is now the Founder and CEO of Unique Blend Management, a company designed to help all models, photographers and designers build their careers. Ms Williams is set out to promote positive and diverse beauty while inspiring and empowering men and women everywhere she goes. 

Ms. Williams launched her magazine in August 2018 called Unique Blend Magazine which is a lifestyle magazine. Ms. Williams has broken the chain of doubts that was limiting her potentials.
